In the resent years, the designers have also come up with exclusive designer made Shalwar and kameezes which look great and distinguished in the parties and other occasions. Today, there are different designs and styles of designer shalwar and kameezes which are custom stitched to meet individuals, Several types of work are also carried out on  the salwar kameez and this ultimately gives a terrific appeal to the salwar kameez altogether.  When it is wedding ceremony in Punjab, or for that matter any wedding ritual is organized, Punjabi salwar kameez is worn by the ladies. The salwar kameez look stylish on the Punjabi women during such special wedding rituals.
